New partnership: MICFootball
Keystone Sports official partner of one of the world’s biggest youth soccer tournaments.
Keystone Sports are delighted to announce a new partnership agreement. From this year ahead, Keystone Sports is an official partner of MICFootball – an international soccer tournament for young players.
Since the first edition in 2001, the MICFootball tournament has become a worldwide acclaimed and beloved youth soccer tradition. Every Easter, more than 6500 players aged 12-19 and around 360 international top teams compete at various venues in Costa Brava, Spain.
MICFootball does not only allow boys and girls to play and experience soccer in an international setting, but the tournament gives an exclusive glimpse of the future soccer stars. Messi and Ansu Fati are two great examples of today’s top players who competed in the MICFootball tournament in their early years.
Juanjo Rovira, the Director of MICFootball comments the new partnership with Keystone Sports: “Beyond our passion for football and sport, we are aware of the importance of giving tools to our players’ development. We feel that with this agreement we would be able to achieve our ambitions, offering different future windows to our youngsters”.
Soccer belongs to one of the biggest college sports in the US. As part of this new partnership, Keystone Sports offered 2023’s participating players an exclusive opportunity to get scouted during the tournament. In total, 267 pre-registered female and male players from 5 different continents got their soccer scholarship chances evaluated by the Keystone Sports’ experts.
Being an official partner of an international top soccer event like MICFootball is an excellent and strong addition to Keystone Sports as Europe’s leading sport placement brand:
“We are excited to announce this new partnership with MICFootball as it strengthens our position in soccer sports scholarships in Europe, America and Asia. Thanks to this agreement, the possibility of studying in the USA with soccer scholarships will reach many more talented players and, therefore, will increase the competitiveness and quality of American university sports”, says Oriol Peiris, Head of Marketing at Keystone Sports.
Keystone Sports is a college sports recruiting division of Keystone Education Group, with a dedicated team of more than 85 professionals from 11 countries.
