Keystone Sports Join Forces with Holly Cram and Aspire USA
A strategic merger combining personalised service with Europe’s largest recruitment network
16 September 2025 – Keystone Sports is delighted to announce a new partnership in university placement expertise: Keystone Sports and Aspire USA. From 16 September, Aspire USA and its founder Holly Cram will join the Keystone Sports brand. This collaboration broadens Keystone Sports’ reach while retaining Aspire USA’s signature personalised approach to placing student-athletes.
Strong Athletic Foundation with Recruitment Expertise
Aspire USA was founded by former UK field hockey player Holly Cram. As a former All-American student-athlete who studied and played at the University of Richmond, and with experience coaching in the collegiate system, Holly brings first-hand knowledge of the recruitment process and sports scholarships in the US.
Since its foundation in 2017, Holly and Aspire USA have secured $40,405,000 in scholarships, with a notable record of Ivy League placements. More than half of Aspire USA’s placements (53%) have been at top 50 universities. The company has focused primarily on the UK market and has developed a particularly strong reputation in field hockey, lacrosse, and rugby placements.
Expanding Access to European Talent
Keystone Sports contributes significant expertise to this merger. As a network of eight established university placement agencies, Keystone Sports has placed over 15,000 international student-athletes in the US and Canada, securing more than $911 million in scholarships. With more than 100 employees across 11 countries, Keystone Sports maintains strong relationships with universities across all collegiate sports divisions.
Kim Moe Krohn, Vice-President at Keystone Sports, said, “Holly is a big signing for Keystone Sports, and I’m delighted to welcome her and Aspire USA student-athletes into our network. Holly’s unique insights, especially her experience guiding student-athletes into Ivy League programmes, bring significant benefit to our network. This merger also reflects the hard work of several team members who made it possible, and I want to thank everyone involved. Together, we’re expanding opportunities for athletes across Europe while keeping the personalised approach that families value most. For Aspire USA athletes, we’re excited to connect you with the network and opportunities we’ve been building for many years. We want you to benefit from those as we support you throughout your university journey.”
Broader Reach While Retaining a Personal Touch
By joining forces, Keystone Sports and Aspire USA give student-athletes access to a wider network of US university programmes and coaches. This extended reach, combined with the organisations’ resources and guidance, provides more opportunities for players to demonstrate their talents while receiving tailored support.
Holly Cram, founder of Aspire USA, shared, “Merging Aspire with Keystone was a no-brainer. This next step in Aspire USA’s evolution allows us to maintain our small agency ethos whilst being able to utilise world class resources, platforms and a team of experts at every stage at Keystone. Given the competitive nature of the scholarship landscape in the US, I believe this this give our current and future clients the edge and allows me to do what I do best, placing student-athletes on top scholarships. I’m genuinely thrilled and for this opportunity and would like to thank Keystone for their trust in Aspire, I’m excited for what the future will bring.”
Uniting Aspire USA with Keystone Sports’ global reach ensures that each student-athlete receives tailored support, access to a broader range of university programmes, and expert guidance throughout the process. Together, they are setting a new benchmark for international sports recruitment.
