A Day in the Life of a Student with a College Football Scholarship
6:30 AM
Start your morning with a nutritious breakfast and prepare for your busy day. At 7:30, it’s time for your first training session. After training, head to the trainer’s room for an ice bath to aid muscle recovery. Then grab a snack to refuel and head to your classes.
10:30 AM
Attend lectures, work on group projects, and study for exams. At 1:00 PM, grab lunch at the university dining hall or a campus restaurant with other students or teammates. Return to classes for the remainder of the afternoon.
5:00 PM
Begin your second training session. This might include conditioning, weight training, or reviewing previous match footage.
6:00 PM
Afterwards focus on schoolwork. Work on assignments and prepare for upcoming exams to stay on top of your academic responsibilities.

At Keystone Sports, we guide and support you through the process of securing a football scholarship. We’ll help you find the university and team that best aligns with your interests and goals.
NCAA Division I universities offer the highest level of competition and the most generous scholarships. Division II universities also provide athletic scholarships, though typically less substantial. Division III universities do not offer athletic scholarships but may provide other forms of financial aid, such as academic scholarships.
NAIA universities, which are usually smaller colleges, offer competitive athletic programmes and scholarships comparable to those in NCAA Division II. Finally, NJCAA colleges are two-year institutions that also offer scholarships.
University football is a sport played in the autumn. The season starts in August and ends in November, depending on how far the team progresses in the Championship.
You are eligible to play a maximum of four seasons of university football.
